The Titusville Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously Nov. 19 to table Item 9b, the Tranquility development agreement, to Jan. 7, 2026.

Chair called attention to email requests to move the item on the agenda and asked the applicant whether a postponement was desired. "I'll make a motion that we table item 9 b, tranquility development agreement till 01/07/2026," said the vice chairman during the meeting. The motion was seconded and passed on a roll‑call vote with all members present voting yes.

The commission did not debate substantive terms of the development agreement at the meeting; staff indicated the tabling request came from the applicant and the item will return to the commission on Jan. 7, 2026 for further consideration.

No public testimony or additional documentary evidence was received on the record before the tabling motion. The tabling action was procedural and does not indicate any approval or denial of Tranquility's proposed terms.

The commission proceeded to other agenda items after the motion.
