At the start of the meeting the committee moved to approve the Oct. 2 minutes as amended. Participant 6 moved the approval and Participant 5 seconded; the chair called the vote and announced the motion passed.

The meeting later addressed scheduling for the Peninsula Trail bid opening. Members agreed to aim for an in‑person bid opening at Town Hall on Dec. 10 at 11 a.m. and to convene an evening meeting on Dec. 11 at 7:30 p.m. if necessary so all committee members can review recommendations together. The chair asked members to confirm availability by the Monday prior to the bid opening so staff can post or cancel the meeting per notice requirements.

Near the close of the session, Participant 3 moved to adjourn at about 7:55 p.m.; Participant 2 seconded and the committee voted to adjourn. The chair said she will circulate materials and invites after the meeting.
