At the start of the meeting the board approved the agenda after a motion and second and later accepted a list of October donations (including $750 from Lakeview Lions to the care closet, $1,000 from the Minnesota Vikings Foundation to football, and multiple smaller gifts) by voice vote. The donations presenter asked the board to approve the list, and the board did so without recorded roll-call counts.
