At its Nov. 25 meeting, the Hamilton County Redevelopment Commission voted to adopt a 2026 meeting calendar: Jan. 20, March 17, June 1, Aug. 17 and Nov. 9, each at 08:30. Staff explained that adopting a preset calendar allows the commission to give 48-hour notice for changes rather than a default 10-day notice.

Commissioners discussed potential conflicts with proposed dates (one member requested March 17 instead of March 16) and confirmed meeting start times at 08:30. The motion to adopt the calendar was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
