Trustees discussed whether to move the regular monthly meeting when it conflicted with holidays (for example, a May meeting falling on a holiday). The board agreed to note a proposed change and revisit it at the April meeting to ensure public posting timelines are met before any formal change is published.
The board also asked trustees to come to the next meeting with possible dates for a January strategic retreat, typically a morning session to review the five-year plan and set annual goals.
