In docket 5AE244 (agenda item 7), Speaker 3 moved to approve a draft order to reopen noticed and request comments; Speaker 1 seconded and the motion passed with unanimous "Aye." The commission then completed business by approving other agenda items, announcing its next open meeting for Dec. 4, 2025 at 10:30 a.m., and adjourning.
