Jonathan Blake, representing RGL Solutions, told the council he and colleague Christy spent the day meeting local partners including the Perry County Council on Aging and the Southwest Indiana Regional Council on Aging. Blake said RGL will help research potential grants to assist the Council on Aging with operating and capital needs.

Blake said a prospective project known as WebWheel had a site-selector conversation moved to the week of the meeting and he expected a follow-up next week to resolve questions about waterlines and other technical issues. "The remonstrance period for the tax abatements did expire on November 4," he told the council, noting the 10-day window for taxpayers to file an appeal to circuit court has closed and abatements will take effect if the project proceeds.

Blake also said RGL and county staff are reviewing documents related to a recent request for transfer of real estate tied to Wapaca; legal counsel has been engaged and he expected an update before Thanksgiving. Blake closed by offering to answer questions; council members thanked him for the work and for coordinating locally with city and county officials.
