The Highland Park Zoning Board of Appeals adopted a proclamation on Nov. 20 recognizing Jamie Bay for service on the board since January 2017.

Vice Chair Yablon read the resolution that commended Bay’s contributions to residential and commercial planning, to community awareness of sound design, and to the board’s institutional memory. The resolution noted Bay’s “steadfast integrity, wisdom, and excellence of character” and recorded the adoption as a permanent record dated Nov. 20, 2025.

Bay addressed the board and reflected on eight years of service, thanked staff and members, and said the role had been an honor and privilege. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn and a voice vote in the affirmative.
