- Resolution 2025-108 — Appropriation of Motor Fuel Tax funds in the amount of $1,751,000 for street maintenance (01/01/2026–12/31/2026). Motion moved by Alderman Larson, seconded by Alderman Smith; outcome: approved.

- Resolution 2025-109 — Agreement with Fairgram for preliminary engineering services for the 2026 street maintenance program, not to exceed $150,000. Motion moved by Alderman Carlson, seconded by Alderman Larson; outcome: approved.

- Resolution 2025-110 — Supplemental MFT funds (not to exceed $150,000) for engineering services. Motion moved by Alderman Zazada, seconded by Alderman Powell; outcome: approved.

- Ordinance 2025-045 — Adopt 2025 levy for 2026 collection (second reading passed). Motion moved by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Zazada; outcome: passed second reading.

- Ordinance 2025-046 — Abatement of taxes for specified bond issues (second reading passed). Motion moved by Alderman Carlson, seconded by Alderman Smith; outcome: passed second reading.

- Ordinance 2025-048 — Annual budget and nonbargaining pay plan for FY2026 (first reading taken; second reading not waived at this meeting). Motion moved by Alderman Zazada, seconded by Alderman Larson; outcome: first reading only.
