At the end of the public meeting the board voted to adjourn into a closed session to discuss personnel and property matters. Board Member Lincoln made the motion, Board Member Strong seconded, and the board conducted a roll call vote in which members recorded "aye," after which the public meeting was adjourned and the board entered closed session.
