A staff member filling in for Gene Sanchez presented a planned development agreement for a 196-acre property on the north side of Onondage (referred to in materials as "Onondage Road"). The presenter said the property was annexed earlier in the year and that the agreement is a required element of the planned development ordinance.

"This is a planned development agreement for property that is located on the North Side of Onondage Road," the presenter said, and noted the site will be developed in a cluster style with a maximum density of one unit per acre under the current code for that area.

Planning staff reported no comments on the agreement at DRC; the presenter said the PD rezoning and the agreement are scheduled to go to city council on Dec. 17. No project applicant presentation was recorded at DRC and staff asked whether the applicant was in attendance.
