The Licensing and Education Committee formally moved and approved the minutes from its June 12 meeting during the Nov. 5 session.

Member Leon made the motion to accept the minutes; Chair Francisco Hen Kim seconded the motion and public comment was taken, including a request from Neil Miller (CalAPMA) that presentation materials and a fuller summary be added to the minutes. After public comment, the committee conducted a roll call and the moderator announced the motion passed.

The committee noted staff would look to add supplemental materials provided to the board to the website where practicable.
