- Approval of minutes (motion and second) — approved (roll call recorded unanimous 'Yes' responses among commissioners present).

- Withdrawal of agenda item 2538 (workshop) — motion approved by roll call; Chair noted the item is withdrawn and no further action will occur until it is refiled.

- Petition 2537 (rezoning request for approximately 70 acres at 2021 West 133rd Avenue from R-1A to R-1) — motion to adopt findings of fact and forward a favorable recommendation to City Council was made, seconded and approved on roll call. City Council hearing scheduled for Dec. 1 at 7 p.m.

- Approval of 2026 meeting dates (fourth Monday schedule) — motion approved by roll call.

- Adjournment — meeting closed after a motion to adjourn.
