At its Nov. 24 meeting the Greenwood Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously approved meeting minutes from Oct. 27 and Nov. 10, 2025.
The board also reaffirmed written findings of fact for several previously considered variance petitions, adopting staff reports and incorporating evidence submitted into the record. Case numbers referenced during the meeting include BZA 2025‑028, BZA 2025‑031, BZA 2025‑032, BZA 2025‑033 and BZA 2025‑039. For each item the board voted 5–0 to adopt the written findings and directed the corporation counsel’s office to prepare finalized written findings for formal adoption at a later meeting.
Why it matters: Reaffirming findings and adopting minutes completes the administrative record for those cases and authorizes corporation counsel to draft the formal documentation that memorializes the board’s prior decisions. The written findings will be circulated and placed on a future agenda for final adoption.
