Jeff told commissioners that the board had heard evidence at a prior meeting and that the first reading failed to pass because "we only have 67% of the votes," a shortfall the second reading resolved.
Chair called for the motion, it was seconded and commissioners voted aye, and the chair announced "Motion carries" and identified the item as Ordinance No. 10. The ordinance was adopted during the meeting and the county clerk will complete the usual recording steps.
