The Lafayette City Board of Works voted to approve Addendum No. 1 to the utility service agreement for Phase 2 of the Concord Crossing North Subdivision.
Jeremy Grunder, the city engineer, described the subdivision as split into three phases and said Phase 2 covers 17.79 acres. He told the board “the developer has paid the proposed fee of a $129,475.62 for both water and wastewater service,” and recommended the board approve the addendum.
Board members confirmed that Phase 1 and Phase 2 are apartments and Phase 3 will contain duplexes. After brief clarification questions from board members the addendum was approved by voice vote.
