Ordinance 13-16-2025: Parks department authorization to execute a deed of easement granting a fire-lane easement to Cedar Redevelopment Phase 4 LLC for access to a new 50-unit residential development adjacent to Central Recreation Center; staff said the easement is for fair-market value of $14,000 and the city retains fee ownership of the parkland.
Ordinance 12-95-2025: Amendment to a prior agreement with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority covering the West 117th Street station; the committee approved an amendment striking permissive "other funds" language and adding $29,600 for confirmed cost overruns in concrete and railing work. Councilman Richard Starr offered the amendment and Councilman Brian Casey seconded.
