Staff recommended posting the 30-mph sign on the segment that qualifies as an urban district and recommended stopping the posted zone at the defined cove/urban-district boundary. Commissioners debated the southern extent of the posting and ultimately approved a motion to post 30 mph from the bridge south to the agreed-upon point; the motion carried.
Commissioners asked staff to provide clearer road-identification information when submitting similar requests in the future (staff noted they would provide a more precise description and associated emails).
