Council members pressed for full cost estimates to finish the building; staff and the association said the $112,050.08 appropriation would allow payment to Meyer Building, but additional work-level finish items (flooring, cabinets, toilets and sewage connections) could still require $30,000–$50,000 more, according to council discussion.
