- Policy 1.70: discussion was tabled so staff can compare the amended rule with the policy text.
- Policy 6.72 (procurement and purchasing): revisions including updated purchase thresholds were approved; board discussion noted multiyear contract accountability and threshold levels.
- Policy 4.4.3.5 (student use of wireless communication devices): revisions aligning district language with a recently signed state bill were approved despite one symbolic no vote.
- Rule 3.45.6 (graduation requirements procedures): revisions were approved with all board members voting in favor.

Several motions used online voting; the clerk read roll-call or announced unanimous results in each case. The board then moved into a closed session to review weapon-detection RFI submissions and personnel-related items under Wis. Stat. §19.85.
