At the Nov. 5 meeting the commission's staff reported three designated‑agent actions taken under delegated authority: CZ‑25F26 (3045 Library Lane) for a new concrete deck about 40 feet from wetland soils; a generator installation at 130 West Street with a trench approximately 76 feet from wetlands; and work at 3 Fold Building Lane involving a trench roughly 25 feet from wetland soils. The items were informational and not brought forward for full commission permitting.

The commission then reviewed and approved the 2026 regular meeting calendar with no substantive changes. A motion to approve carried by voice vote.

No further action was taken on these items at the meeting and the session adjourned.
