City Attorney Majeris presented the city clerk’s report on license applications, telling the committee there is a change-of-agent application for the ALDI on Taylor Drive and a new Class B beer license application for P Bros LLC operating as Penn Avenue Pub.

"This is for P Bros LLC operating as Penn Avenue Pub," Attorney Majeris said, and told the committee that staff recommends licenses be granted "subject to approvals, inspections, insurance, payment of license fees, and meeting state statute requirements in Sheboygan Municipal Code."

A motion to recommend that the City Council file and grant the applications was made and seconded; the chair clarified the committee’s recommendation was contingent upon the listed approvals. The committee voted to recommend approval.

The recommendation will be forwarded to the full City Council; the committee record notes contingency on required inspections and statutory compliance but does not list dates for final council action.
