Trustee DeChayon told the Village Board that the Parade of Lights and tree lighting will be held Sunday, Nov. 30; lineup begins at 4:30 p.m., the parade starts at 5 p.m., and the tree lighting follows at Fireman's Park. A holiday lights decorating contest will have judges visit displays on Dec. 6 or 7, with winners announced Dec. 8. Residents can register at Village Hall to have their address added for judging.

Separately, a speaker noted a coat giveaway by an organization identified in the transcript as "Peace," scheduled Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. with adult and some childrens coats available at the north entrance.

Trustee Gardner reported that leaf collection will continue through December and possibly longer due to weather delays; residents were asked to be patient as crews complete pickups. Trustee Stacy announced the Planning/Building/Zoning meeting is set for Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. at Village Hall.
