Cobb County Procurement Services read a single vendor response to ITB solicitation 266,950 for paper and polystyrene (EPS) products on Nov. 20. Cameron Evler, Senior Procurement Specialist, said only vendor names would be read because pricing schedules can include multiple line items.

Evler announced UnitedSales USA Corp. as the sole respondent. The procurement posting noted that solicitations estimated to be above $50,000 are listed on the county website and that preliminary bid results and awards (once approved) are posted on the OpenGov portal and the county procurement webpage.

Because only one vendor responded, the county’s procurement staff will still review the submission for responsiveness and compliance with procurement rules before recommending any award.
