Procurement staff for Cobb County read vendor responses Nov. 20 to RFP solicitation 266,949 for fire-hydrant inspection services. Cameron Evler, Senior Procurement Specialist, said the RFP would be evaluated on qualitative factors and read names only.

The respondents announced were KN Davis Contracting Company, Inc.; Mac Jones Enterprises, Inc.; and Xylem Dewatering Solutions Inc. Evler did not read pricing for this RFP during the session.

The county will evaluate proposals for responsiveness and qualitative scoring before recommending an award; preliminary results and final awards will be posted on the county’s procurement website once available.
