The board approved a lodging-house license for the Fall River Community Housing Resource Board at 202 Rock Street after applicant Stacy Demora told the board the property was bought on April 16 and the owners only recently learned they needed to apply for a lodging permit. "We purchased the property on April 16," Demora said, explaining why the group filed the application once renewal time came around.
The board also approved organizational and hour changes for a number of clubs and restaurants. Paul DeForge told the board he will serve as manager of the Liberal Club at 20 Star Street and requested one-time extensions…
