Laws c.30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy regarding collective bargaining with the police local and dispatch unions, stating that open discussion could be detrimental to the town’s negotiation position. The board voted to enter executive session and agreed it would reconvene only as necessary to adjourn.
