Funding: Ryan said the treasurer’s budget is small and the additional cost was not budgeted; the board discussed making an end‑of‑year transfer to cover the change. A board member noted the town previously set aside funds for a state audit and suggested those monies could cover the increase, subject to coordination with the advisory committee and accountant. The motion to approve the pay adjustment passed by roll call.
