The Fall River Planning Board on Nov. 24, 2025, endorsed a Form A plan submitted by 37 Park Street Partners LLC that will combine three parcels at 37 Park Street and allow a previously permitted conversion of the existing building into 68 apartments.
The plan (File 25-1653) covers Assessor’s map G‑6, lots 0024, 0028 and 0029. Board members were told changes requested by the board following an earlier tabling on Nov. 19 were limited to corrections in the recording information and updates to legal reference numbers; the presenter noted supporting materials referred to in the record as "ETEs" were provided to members before the vote.
A presenter identified in the meeting as Chris addressed the board, saying, "As we went over last time, the purpose of this plan is to combine all lots and parcels into 1. This plan received the variance and a special permit to convert the existing structure into 68 apartments." That summary matched the board’s prior review, and a member described the recent edits as "just a minor minor change in the recording information."
A motion "to accept the plan and this recording as is" was made and seconded. Planning Board member Mike Farias voted yes; Planning Board member Beth Andre voted yes; and Planning Board member John Ferrer also voted yes. Two members, Gloria Pacheco and Mario Lucioa, were not present for the vote. The board did not receive any citizen input at the meeting and adjourned after the endorsement.
The endorsement is a procedural step to record the lot-configuration change; it follows earlier approvals of a variance and special permit allowing the conversion to 68 units. The file number on the public record is 25-1653. The board did not set any further conditions or schedule additional hearings during the session; next steps for the project would be permit issuance and any required recording of the approved plan with the registry of deeds or assessor’s office.
