Garden City planning commission recommends denial of Edgemere subdivision

"The cumulative number and scope of those deviations raises concerns about whether the proposal meets the intent of the planned unit development ordinance," planning staff member Miss Beal said, recommending denial unless the commission finds the requested code adjustments justified.
