City planning staff told the body that consultants preparing a housing needs assessment have launched an online employer survey and are seeking better engagement from the Chamber of Commerce; the city will post the survey on its website and asked members to encourage employers to participate.
Staff also notified the planning body that at its December meeting members should expect an annexation and planned‑unit development application and a one‑unit subdivision off Middle Lake Boulevard. No votes or formal actions on those items were taken at the meeting.
Staff asked board members and community members who know local employers to encourage survey participation to help the consultants gather background data for the assessment.
