Glendale’s City Council approved minutes from two recent meetings and confirmed appointments to two advisory bodies during its Nov. 25, 2025 voting meeting.

Council Member Millner moved to approve the Oct. 28, 2025 voting-meeting minutes, and Vice Mayor Lauren Tomachoff seconded. The presiding officer called for the vote and recorded the ayes; the motion carried. Later, a separate motion to approve the Nov. 14, 2025 special voting-meeting minutes was moved and seconded and likewise carried.

The council then voted to appoint Gary Road to the Industrial Development Authority for a term the meeting record reads as expiring Jan. 31, 2031. Council Member Millner moved the appointments and Vice Mayor Lauren Tomachoff seconded; the council voted in favor. The meeting record also shows the appointment of Nikhil Baradwa to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, but the transcript does not clearly state the end date of Baradwa’s term.

Mayor Jerry Wires and the full membership list were read into the record at the start of the meeting. Council Member Leandro Baldenegro was noted as excused from the Nov. 25 meeting; the presiding speaker asked that that absence be recorded.

The presiding officer invited those whose names were called to approach the podium to be sworn in; an appointee walked to the front as the process continued.
