A motion to fully fund the two-year requests for Shipley and the YMCA through the rainy day fund was moved and seconded. The clerk took a roll-call vote (Councilor Berger: yes; Councilor Loh: aye; Deputy Mayor Anderson: aye; Mayor: yes; Councilor Rutter: yes) and the motion passed 5-0. Staff said they will complete and send the contract amendments and thanked council for the direction.
Councilors directed staff to bring the funding language back at the next meeting for formal verification of available funds and to finalize new agreements for 2026.
