Gaming board issues certificates of compliance after AVS inspections for three properties

The Louisiana Gaming Control Board accepted AVS inspection reports and approved issuance of annual certificates of compliance for three dockside gaming vessels following staff presentations and follow‑up inspections.
Assistant Attorney General Kenneth Lewis Jr. and John Francik of AVS reviewed the hall and life‑safety examinations and said earlier documented deficiencies were corrected and recorded in follow‑up reports (dated Oct. 30 for Golden Nugget; Nov. 3 for BoomTown Bossier City; Nov. 4 for Sam’s Town). AVS recommended the issuance of certificates of compliance for each gaming vessel, and the board approved motions to issue certificates that will expire on Dec. 31, 2026.
The motions were moved and seconded by board members as recorded in the meeting and carried without opposition.
