Agent Justin reported both NOI projects had received their orders and were certified. He said he found a more complete NOI dataset in the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs NOI portal and will work to transcribe that data into the commission catalog, and the director is exploring additional funding to digitize department records. GIS coordinator Maggie Weinberg is assisting to revise conservation/wetlands layers, improve color schemes, and separate perennial from intermittent streams to make jurisdictional reviews clearer.
A resident announced an NCLP planting event at the grassland on Dec. 7 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; previous events drew roughly 30 participants and the speaker encouraged local attendance.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn, which carried on a voice vote.
