Jeff Tallman of Northeast Engineers & Consultants represented Fall River Auto Repair LLC and asked the board to reinstate the property’s historical automobile repair use at 30 Bodge St. Tallman said the site had operated as a garage until about 2019 and that no significant changes have been made to the property.

Virginia Turcott, a neighbor and former operator, testified she operated at that address for 43 years and supported reinstatement. After discussion and no recorded opposition, the board voted to approve the reinstatement of the nonconforming commercial use.
