The BZ and E Committee approved a vacation of city easements and a stormwater-control easement for the Norton property at the southwest corner of Butterfield Road and Farnsworth Avenue (agenda item 25-0692).

Zoning and planning director Tracy Basic told the committee the property owner completed a final plat revision and the easements are no longer required for development. The request was described as a clean-up item and the committee approved the vacation by voice vote.
