Tinley Park approves $101,906 boiler contract with Roby Construction

Tinley Park trustees voted Nov. 18 to approve Resolution 2025-R-132, a job-order contract with Roby Construction to replace boilers at Village Hall and the Community Development facility for $101,906.48.
Trustee Michael Mueller moved the item, noting it had been discussed at the Committee of the Whole on Nov. 4 and was eligible for adoption that evening. "Please consider approving the job order contract with Roby Construction in the amount of $101,906.48," Mueller said. The board then approved the resolution on a roll call vote.
No public comment or additional amendments were recorded on the contract. Staff said the work is for boiler replacements in Village Hall/Community Development and will proceed under the job-order contract model adopted by the village.
The board recorded the vote as carrying; staff will move forward with contracting and scheduling the work.
