During public comment, a nearby resident identified himself as William and said he had "no issues" with a house being built there. After questions from the board about lot history and neighborhood compatibility, a member moved to approve and the motion carried by voice vote.
The approval is a zoning map amendment specific to the parcel; director LaDonna said future building permits will trigger standard lot‑of‑record and subdivision checks before construction proceeds. No additional conditions were recorded at the meeting.
