Board recognizes Miracle League and Miracle Field at Lake Idemere Park

An advisory board member (Speaker 7) said he considers Lake Idemere Park and the Miracle Field "a crown jewel of Lake County." Staff thanked volunteers and noted that a board chair donated engineering services to help deliver the project at no cost.
The board encouraged members of the public to attend games and acknowledged collaboration among county staff, volunteers and nonprofit partners that sustained the program without raising participation fees.
