Board backs Trust for Public Land nomination of 354‑acre Blandford property for county review

Board members asked about title, sovereign submerged‑land ownership and whether the nomination is for fee simple acquisition. Hill confirmed the nomination is for fee simple and that title and due diligence would be completed during the county process. Several members also discussed road access and the existence of a sod lease on the property.
Member 4 moved to approve and sign a letter supporting Blandford's nomination to PLTAC; Member 3 seconded. Chair called for ayes and multiple board members said "Aye."
