The board first approved minutes from its Nov. 10 meeting and claims totaling $210.90 after motions and unanimous votes. The board then agreed to a private ditch enclosure request in Libert Lakes. Chris Combs, identified in the record as a builder/developer at Libert Lakes, asked to place reinforced concrete pipe in two backyards (Lot 9 and Lot 13) to enclose a shallow drainage channel; county staff advised the structures would be privately maintained and not county-maintained. The board approved the private ditch enclosure; a motion was seconded and carried by the voting members.
On a separate construction payment, staff reported Fieldstone Section B drainage improvements (JBI Construction) are complete and presented a final payment request for the $94,200 contract; following a motion and second the board approved payment. For a prior Westwood Section C project, staff recommended release of the 10% retainage; the board approved releasing retainage totaling $13,600.
