Commissioners agreed to have county staff (Tim) visit the other property and to send a formal notice to the owner; an unnamed commissioner moved that the county send a notice, and the board approved it unanimously.
Commissioners emphasized communication rather than immediate enforcement and said that if the property is cleaned following the notice, no further action will be required. If owners fail to act, staff will follow the ordinance’s prescribed enforcement sequence.
