Staff member Cole, the commission—s TIF presenter, told commissioners the city—s consolidated TIF plan shows roughly $86 million in incremental assessed value across the commission—s allocation areas and that 2025 TIF collections were a little over $2.5 million. Cole said the team had "trued up" several 2025 expenditures and moved some spending into 2026 to reflect project timing, producing a projected consolidated year-end position nearer $7.3 million.
