The LaSalle County Committee on Appointments, Legislation, and Rules on Dec. 1, 2025, approved multiple trustee reappointments and one new appointment for the Mount Hope Cemetery Association.

The committee reappointed Cindy Farmer to a trustee term beginning Jan. 1, 2026, and expiring Dec. 31, 2030. The committee also reappointed Stacy Aylor (transcript also references the name Stacy Ehler) to a term beginning Jan. 1, 2026, and expiring Dec. 31, 2030. Another resolution reappointed Douglas W. (transcript shows both "Wood" and later "Foote") to a trustee term beginning Jan. 1, 2026, and expiring Dec. 31, 2028, and the committee reappointed Mary Lou Larson/Larsen for a term beginning Jan. 1, 2026, and expiring Dec. 31, 2028. The committee appointed Ashley Meador to a two-year trustee term beginning Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2028.

Each trustee resolution was moved and seconded, the committee recorded 'Aye' votes and the motions carried. A committee member asked whether the appointments filled the entire board; the presiding speaker said they were not certain of the exact board size and noted a mix of two five-year terms and three-year terms on the roster as presented to the committee.

The committee completed the trustees' appointments and subsequently moved to adjourn the meeting.
