The Tipton Utility Service Board voted to approve the minutes of its prior meeting and later approved payment of claims numbered 27 2 37 through 27 2 88 totaling $435,406.84 at its Dec. 1, 2025 meeting.

Motion on minutes: A board member (S3) moved to approve the minutes and another member (S4) seconded; the chair called for the vote and the motion carried.

Motion on claims: S2 moved to pay claims 27 2 37 through 27 2 88 in the amount of $435,406.84; S1 seconded. The chair called for the ayes and declared the motion carried.

Adjournment: After routine business and a retirement plan presentation by an Edward Jones adviser, S2 moved to adjourn; S1 seconded, ayes were called and the meeting was adjourned.
