Other business on the legislative calendar included first readings for Ordinances 9,330–9,333 (employment‑policy amendments; authorizing the utilities director to contract with Novotix; accepting a deed from Bowling Green Economic Development; dedicating a perpetual highway easement) and second readings for Resolutions 3,896–3,898 (including authorizing renewal of the agreement with the Wood County Public Defender and authorizing the mayor to file/execute a CDBG entitlement grant application under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974).
