Senator Singh moved "to raise her stipend, to give her, more stipend, at least $3,000 to make sure that she continue to do the work that she's been doing." Representative Parker Moore seconded the motion. The Chair called for and recorded an affirmative voice vote; the Chair said, "Chair votes aye and we'll work out the logistics of that."
Committee members asked no additional procedural questions on the stipend increase and the Chair said staff would handle the logistics. The meeting then reconfirmed attendance and adjourned.
