City Manager S4 apologized to the committee and said staff had recorded the measures and videos but failed to publish them along with the agenda. "While we did record the measure and videos, we failed to publish it along, with within the agenda so they weren't available for public viewing," the city manager said, and asked that both items be continued to the next committee meeting so the public can view the materials.

Committee members asked whether a formal motion was required to continue the items. The presiding speaker indicated the items would be continued and no further action was taken on the items at this meeting; the record shows the chair accepted the request to continue the two items to the next meeting.

During general business, a committee member requested a comprehensive briefing on IUF rates and developments in California when more information is available in the new calendar year. The request was entered as an agenda request for a future meeting; no decision or timeline was set at this session.

The committee opened the meeting, heard that there were no public speakers for items not on the agenda, and adjourned without further business. The continued items are expected to be placed on the committee’s next published agenda with the associated recordings made available for public viewing prior to that meeting.
