GUAM — The Guam Legislature on Dec. 2 presented Resolution No. 112-38 COR recognizing Giving Tuesday and commending KUAM CareForce, nonprofit partners and the youth Spark Ambassadors for promoting charitable activity across the island.
Vice Speaker Sijus Massey opened the presentation at Guam Congress Hall and said the resolution, described in remarks as sponsored by every senator of the 30th Guam Legislature, honors the global day of giving on 12/02/2025. "We're very proud of KUAM, the KUAM CareForce for really planting the seed of giving," Massey said.
